Terms & Conditions

All bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed by Found Skin. A valid credit/debit card or deposit may be required to secure certain appointments.

We reserve the right to decline or suspend service to any individual if a treatment is deemed clinically unsuitable or unsafe.

Clients must arrive on time for scheduled appointments. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment duration to avoid delaying subsequent clients, or rescheduling at the client’s expense.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled treatment cost. No-shows may be charged up to 100% of the service fee.

Failure to attend without notice or late cancellation will result in the forfeiture of any pre-paid deposit. Repeated no-shows will require full non-refundable upfront payment for future bookings.

A comprehensive consultation is required before specific non-surgical or clinical aesthetic treatments. Consultation fees apply and may be redeemable against treatment packages as specified at booking.

Clients must fully disclose accurate medical history, active medications, allergies, topical applications, existing scars and skin conditions prior to any treatment. Found Skin accepts no liability for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed medical details.

Skin reactions and aesthetic outcomes vary between individuals. We do not guarantee specific physiological or cosmetic results. Clients must strictly adhere to provided post-treatment aftercare protocols to ensure optimal clinical results and safety.

Memberships carry a minimum commitment period of 3 months. After 3 months, memberships continue on a month-to-month basis until cancelled with 30 days’ written notice.

All unused credits are forfeited upon membership termination. Payments and credits are non-refundable, except where statutory rights apply under New Zealand consumer law. Found Skin reserves the right to adjust pricing or membership structures with reasonable advance notice.

All prices are quoted in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless otherwise stated.

We accept EFTPOS, major credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and authorized Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) platforms (e.g., Afterpay).

Treatment prices are locked at the time of booking confirmation. Promotional offers, gift vouchers, and discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your statutory rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA) or the Fair Trading Act 1986 (FTA).

Completed treatments and clinical services are non-refundable for change of mind. If a service fails to comply with CGA guarantees (e.g., not performed with reasonable care and skill), appropriate statutory remedies will apply.

Unopened retail products in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of purchase for store credit or exchange, subject to inspection.

Prepaid treatment packages are non-refundable for change of mind. Early termination of packages will result in completed sessions being reassessed and billed at the single-session rate.
